Artist Residencies in Key West, FL

The Studios of Key West, the premier arts organization at the Southernmost Point of the United States, offers a residency program for emerging and established artists and writers from around the world. Our mission is to support artists, inspire creativity and build community. The Peyton Evans Artist Residency (PEAR) program grants nearly 40 artists each year the time and space to imagine new artistic work, engage in valuable dialogue and explore island connections. The PEAR Program is community-based and built upon the hope that visiting artists will take inspiration from Key West's rich artistic past and present, and will engage with - and be inspired by - the remarkable people and culture that surrounds them. We encourage artists of all races, nationalities, gender identities, sexual orientations, and abilities to apply. $45 application fee. Deadline: May 15, 2024. More info. The Mad Artist Residency - River Valley, Vt

Mad River Valley Arts in Waitsfield, VT announces their upcoming Artist Residency, August 1- Sept 1. Scholarships available; lodging & food stipend. All artists in the fields of contemporary art which include textiles, ceramics, photography, glass, painting, illustration, industrial arts, graphic design, fashion design, multimedia, sculpture or installation are eligible. The HMS Visiting Artists Fellowship

The HMS Visiting Artists Fellowship (January 2025- November 2025) at Palm Beach State College in Lake Worth Beach, FL will provide an endowment of $6,000 to one selected artist per year and facilitate exhibition and mentoring opportunities. Selected artists responsibilities: 1) a lecture presentation/workshop and solo exhibition at the HMS Fine Art Gallery (Additional funds of $1,000 provided). 2) make themselves available for mentorship opportunities totaling 20-30 hours. 3) must write a year-end fellowship summary of their activities for presentation to the Committee. 4) participate in a group or solo exhibition at the HMS Fine Art Gallery. Open to artists legally residing in Florida, working in any media, at any level of professional accomplishment. Applicants with active studio and professional practices are preferred.
