| One afternoon, as I was sitting beside the window, time passed. Life seemed to be floating away. Yet I hardly knew where I had been, the waiting, a long-felt desire which had lengthed into weeks, then into months. It has spit out all the butt-ends of my days and my ways. The lost memory is lost no more. (This collage was started in 1993 and finished in 2000.) |
