The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, the classic by C.S. Lewis supports the theme for this week. Campers this week will create 2D and 3D art with a woodland creatures vibe! Campers will explore different mediums to create art with a mystical feel. Campers will also support the Theater camp with help in creating setting and props for their Theater production. The schedule for camp each day will be 10:00 - 3:00 with lunch and recess from 12:00 - 1:00. Campers will also participate in a daily Plein Air painting session to create an entry for Kids Paint OC. Campers will participate in an art show on Thursday and will watch the Theater Camp's production.

This fun workshop gives you the chance to play with glass! You will create your own 8" x 8" plate using glass as your canvas. No painting experience is necessary! This is a fun workshop so bring a friend and create something new! Once you’ve finished your creations, Kathy will take them to her studio, fire them in the kiln and then return the finished plates to the Academy for you to pick up a week later. In addition to the registration cost, students should bring $20 cash to pay the instructor for materials, which she will provide for you.
