NSCDA-OH Women Veterans Memorial - Request for Qualifications

The National Society of the Colonial Dames of America - Ohio (NSCDA-OH), as part of America250, is gifting the City of Cincinnati a memorial honoring women veterans whose service and sacrifice gave birth to and continue to sustain our nation. The NSCDA-OH is interested in reviewing portfolios from applicants who work in the space of permanent outdoor sculpture. Target installation period: late 2026 - 2027 at Eden Park in Cincinnati, OH. Project unveiling anticipated for November 11, 2026, at the annual Veterans Day Observance event. $1,000 stipend for semi-finalists selected to create a proposal; additional stipend & fabrication budget will be awarded to the selected finalist.
