Graphic Era Juried Exhibition

The Delaplaine Arts Center in Frederick, MD announces a call to artists for Graphic Era, a celebration of the graphic arts by digital design professionals and artists from around the U.S. Exhibition dates: April 4-26, 2020. Awards: Grand Prize $500; Gold $250; Silver $150; Bronze $100. Juror: Kat Irannejad, Co-Founder and Executive Illustration Agent at Snyder New York. This exhibition will feature a selection of artists who are using illustration to engage larger audiences via social, digital and print media. Ivyside Juried Exhibition 2020/2021

Up to four artists are awarded annually with a solo gallery exhibition in one of two gallery spaces (each approximately 13' x 25') at the Misciagna Family Center for Performing Arts at Penn State Altoona. Open to all visual artists in any media. Entries must have been completed within the last two years. Artists will be selected from on-line submissions by a faculty committee. Artists creating original works of art in any media are encouraged to apply. If awarded, artwork must be suitable for installation and must not exceed 84" in any firm dimension. Two-dimensional works must not weigh more than 60 lbs., including frame and must be ready to hang with the appropriate attached hardware. Three-dimensional works weighing over 80 lbs must have a base that can be rolled or composed of elements that can be easily moved. Digital and non-traditional media will be considered. 7th Biennial Footprint International Competition

The Center for Contemporary Printmaking in Norwalk, CT announces a call to artists for a juried printmaking exhibition, June 7 - August 23, 2020. $1,000 in cash prizes and purchase awards plus Awagami Paper Prize and Binnie Birstein Memorial Scholarship Award. Juror: Jane Kinsman, National Gallery of Australia. All fine-art printmaking mediums, including woodcut, intaglio, lithography, screenprint, monotype, and original digital media may be utilized. (No drawings, photographs, or direct reproductions are eligible.) Art must be hand-pulled and generated using at least one traditional printmaking method. Computer generated art is eligible only if it incorporates other methods of hand pulled printing or handwork. Image size must be exactly 12 x 12 inches (30.5 x 30.5 cm). Art Competition to Benefit the Marginal Way Preservation Fund

The Marginal Way Preservation Fund announces a call to artists for a juried art competition held at the Ogunquit Museum of American Art in Ogunquit, ME on June 28, 2020. 1st Prize=$5,000, 2nd=$3,000, 3rd=$1,000 (2 awarded 3rd), Honorable Mention=$500, People's Choice=$200. Jurors: Don Demers, Kenn Backhaus, Gail Spaien, and Chris Caraviello. Artists are invited to submit in any of the following mediums: painting, photography, drawing, mixed media and print that has been inspired by A Love for the Ocean and painted within the last 3 years. 23rd Bethesda Row Arts Festival

9th Regional Juried Biennial Exhibition

The Rehoboth Art League in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware announces a call to artists for a juried art exhibition, August 28, 2020 through September 27, 2020. $2,500 (total prize money) plus a solo exhibition for Best In Show winner in 2022. Juror: Robin Craren. Awards Judge: Charles Plante. Work must be created no earlier than 2018. All media is eligible and artists may submit up to three(3) images.
