Main Street Arts in Clifton Springs, NY seeks entries for Small Works 2020, on exhibit November 7 - December 4. $2,000 in awards. Juror: Tiffany Gaines. Annual Juried Exhibition

Perkins Center for the Arts in Moorestown, NJ seeks entries for a juried art exhibition, October 10 - November 22, 2020. Awards totaling $1,100. 1st Place $400, 2nd Place $350, Third Place $250, Honorable Mention $100. Juror: Henry Bermudez is an internationally known artist whose journey of unique geographical, artistic and human observation has taken him from educational experiences in small isolated communities in the Caribbean up to representing Venezuela in the Venice Biennial. The exhibition is open to all media except photography and sculpture. Works previously shown in a Perkins Center annual juried exhibition will not be accepted and all entries must be framed and wired on back. Extended Deadline - 9 for 19 Exhibition

First Street Gallery in New York announces a call to artists for a juried art exhibition, January 6-30, 2021. Open to artists nationwide, 18 years and older. Eligible works include original oils, acrylics, watercolors, pastels, drawings, prints, mixed media, photography, film, installation, and sculpture in any medium. All work must be suitably framed (or sides cleanly finished or painted), wired and ready for hanging. D-rings should be used for heavy works. 2D works on paper do not have be framed under plexi glass or glass, but must have the proper hanging hardware for installation. Sculptors must provide floor stand. (The gallery has a small number of stands which may be available for small sculpture. If your work is chosen, please contact the gallery immediately if you wish to use one of ours.) Wall hung sculpture: maximum weight 30 lbs. Small Wonders

Maryland Federation of Art invites artists to enter its 15th annual Small Wonders competition, December 3-27, 2020 at MFA's Circle Gallery in Annapolis, MD. $1,000 in awards. Juror: Georgia Deal. It's the little things in life that matter, and the details in this show really matter! Any original 2-D work 11x11" and 3-D work 11x11x11" (as presented) will be considered, but you're always welcome to go smaller. 2020 National Juried Photography Exhibition

The Delaplaine Arts Center in Frederick, Maryland seeks entries for an upcoming photography exhibition, November 7-29, 2020. Awards: First- $1,000; Second- $500; Third- $250; Honorable Mention- $125. Juror: Regina DeLuisea, Guggenheim Fellow and full-time faculty at the Maryland Institute College of Art. The National Juried Photography Exhibition is held biennially at the Delaplaine as part of FOCUS, a month-long celebration of photography. "Warren: The Secret Garden"

The Voice of Art in Warren, CT is inviting emerging and mid-career artists in the CT, NY and MA regional art community to a Call for Artists, "Warren: The Secret Garden." The exhibit will be displayed online October 16 - November 30, 2020 and October 24 - November 30, 2020 at a venue TBA. $600 plus in cash prizes and gift certificates. By collaborating with the Warren community, TVOA will select artworks that demonstrate creativity and originality through artistic sensibilities and specifically inspired by both natural and/or man-made landscapes/surrounding in the Town of Warren, CT. The Art Center in Dover, NH is hosting a juried group exhibition titled: Creating in Isolation, displayed online November 1 - December 31, 2020 and available to view in person by appointment from November 15 - December 15, 2020. Habitat - Juried Fine Art Exhibition Explores the Meaning of Habitat

The RAA&M National 2020 Art Show

Rockport Art Association & Museum (Rockport, MA) announces a call to artists for a juried art exhibition, December 5-31, 2020. Over $5,000 in Prizes! Jurors: Cindy House for the category of Traditional art, and Professor Bruce Herman, Gordon College, in the category of Contemporary art. Submissions are limited to 3 artworks per artist in the following media: drawing, mixed media, collage, photography, painting, digital art and sculpture. Maximum size is 40 x 60 inches including the frame. All works on paper must be matted, framed and covered with glass or Plexiglas. Frames must be in good condition. 2021-2022 Studio and Curatorial Fellowships

NXTHVN in New Haven, CT seeks artists for its Studio and Curatorial Fellowships, June 2021 - May 2022. Generous stipend disbursed quarterly throughout the Fellowship year. Each fellow mentors a local high school apprentice, providing them with hands-on instruction in studio and curatorial practices. Through active participation in NXTHVN's year-long programs, early-career artists and curators make the personal strides and interpersonal connections that advance their careers. Applicants must be 21 years old by the start of the Fellowship and can not be enrolled in an academic program or other residency during the Fellowship year. Applicants are not required to hold an art degree or to have received any formal training. Studio Fellows are required to reside in New Haven for the duration of their Fellowship. Applicants may be based in the US or internationally. At this time NXTHVN does not cover travel or relocation costs. NXTHVN encourages and welcomes applicants of all backgrounds to apply for the Fellowships.
