2024 NOAA 25th National Juried Art Exhibit

The New Orleans Art Association seeks entries for a juried art exhibition, October 5 - November 2, 2024 at The Building in New Orleans, LA. 1st place $2500, 2nd place $1250, 3rd place $750. Honorable mention and merit. Juror: Bradley Sumrall, collection curator, Ogden Museum of Southern Art. Judge: Carol Peebles, classical realist artist/instructor. Artists must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the United States. Original 2D work: paintings (oil, acrylic, water media, pastel, encaustic, egg tempera) and drawings (Conte-Crayon, colored pencil, graphite, charcoal, pen and ink, scratchboard) completed after June 1, 2021. 2024 Kentucky National Wildlife Art Exhibition

The Ohio Valley Art League seeks entries for a juried art exhibition, September 16 - November 29, 2024 at the Preston Arts Center Gallery in Henderson, KY. Approx. $13,000 in awards. Juror: Reneé Bemis. The exhibit aims to raise awareness for wildlife preservation and honor artists who draw inspiration and imagery from wildlife and the environment. Artists in the U.S., 18 or older, may submit two entries depicting wild mammals, birds, fish, reptiles, amphibians, and other aquatic life native to the U.S., including hunting and fishing scenes. The Carrollwood Cultural Center in Tampa seeks entries for a juried art exhibition, August 12 to September 9. $100 First Place, $75 Second Place, $50 Third Place, and 4 Honorable Mentions - $25 gift certificate. Academy Clay Festival

The Academy Center of the Arts in Lynchburg, VA announces a call to artists for the Academy Clay Festival, October 12, 2024. Best in Show, 2nd Place and 3rd Place Awards. Juror: Ian Schmidt. This is a clay-specific show. Other vendors may apply, but will not be eligible for the juried/awards portion of the event. All works must be original creations of the exhibiting artist. Artists under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. All applicants must submit three clear color photographs of their work plus photos of their booth. The HMS Visiting Artists Fellowship

The HMS Visiting Artists Fellowship (January 2025- November 2025) at Palm Beach State College in Lake Worth Beach, FL will provide an endowment of $6,000 to one selected artist per year and facilitate exhibition and mentoring opportunities. Selected artists responsibilities: 1) a lecture presentation/workshop and solo exhibition at the HMS Fine Art Gallery (Additional funds of $1,000 provided). 2) make themselves available for mentorship opportunities totaling 20-30 hours. 3) must write a year-end fellowship summary of their activities for presentation to the Committee. 4) participate in a group or solo exhibition at the HMS Fine Art Gallery. Call for Entry - Fiber IV, a National Juried Exhibition

This October, LibertyTown Arts Workshop in Fredericksburg, VA presents Fiber IV, an exhibition celebrating everything fiber. 1st place: $500, 2nd place: $250, 3rd Place: $125. We want to showcase the full breadth of fiber art, including but not limited to weaving, dying, felting, sculpture, sewing, quilting, knitting, and crocheting. Fiber can be, but is not limited to, cotton, wood, wool, paper, metal, or synthetic materials. Pieces must consist primarily of fiber and be of original design.
