PhotoWalk 2X - Georgetown and Old Town

This one-day workshop divides the day between Washington's two most photogenic neighborhoods. Both feature a treasure trove of photographic opportunities including: historic row houses, colorful commercial avenues, tourists, and the Potomac River. We'll start the day in Georgetown and after lunch we'll car pool to nearby Old Town, Alexandria. Each of these places has a different feel and you'll be able to create a great variety of photos. We'll start with an introduction to basic photographic composition including using lines, shapes, colors and lighting to create compelling photos. Come enjoy a day of photographic mentoring with no geek speak or techno babble. Lots of individual coaching will be cheerfully provided. All experience levels are welcome. Wear comfortable shoes.
