We will explore the colors, fragility, and movement of flowers in order to paint them in a loose, expressive manner. We will then move into an approach of the landscape - allowing the watercolor to interpret the mood and feeling of us. "Expressive Watercolors - Flowers to Landscape"

The focus of this dynamic workshop is to "loosen up" and discover how to create intuitive and spontaneous paintings - using flowers and landscape elements. We will use photos I send - or photos you have - for inspiration. "From Seen to Scene: A 365 Day Mentorship Program"

"Expressive Watercolors - The Head and Figure"

This interactive virtual workshop will focus on interpreting the head and figure in a spontaneous and intuitive manner. We will focus on translucent flesh tones, features, values, color, hair background, clothing, etc. Since we can interact, I will be able to answer your questions, as I paint (a visual like looking over my shoulder - to see brush strokes and palette). I will send photos of portraits together with drawings that you can trace - or use your own! Also will send a few figure photos to interpret gesturally.
